What happens after I submit my booking request?

Once you submit your request, a dedicated concierge personally reviews your details and reaches out via WhatsApp to finalize your itinerary, confirm availability, and answer any remaining questions. Once everything is confirmed, you'll receive a secure payment link to complete your booking.

Private experiences are secured with a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance settled securely before your experience. In-villa services, including Mobile Massage and Family Concierge, require full payment at the time of confirmation to reserve your dedicated specialists.

Can we customize an experience?

Absolutely. Every experience is private and designed around your group. Before your experience, your concierge will finalize the itinerary with you. Once your host welcomes you, the day becomes yours. Spend more time where you're enjoying yourself, skip a stop, pause for lunch, or adjust the pace as the day unfolds—whenever practical, your host will happily accommodate your preferences. Your itinerary is designed to guide the day, not limit it.

Can you help us during our stay?

Absolutely. Throughout your stay in Bali, we can assist with restaurant reservations, VIP club access, transportation, wellness bookings, and last-minute requests. Your concierge is only a WhatsApp message away.

Do your packages cover North/East Bali?

Yes. While our primary operations are centralized in the South, we facilitate experiences island-wide. We never apply hidden location surcharges. If your accommodation requires extensive transit to reach an experience, your concierge will proactively advise you on adjustments to protect your time and comfort.

Do you offer airport transfers?

We do not offer standalone airport transfers. However, if you wish to seamlessly integrate your arrival with a day exploring Bali before checking into your villa, our concierge can coordinate a premium vehicle directly from the arrivals terminal.

Do I need to arrange my own tickets or island transfers?

Absolutely not. From tickets to transfers, every detail is arranged for you. Whether you are visiting a temple, a beach club, or taking a fast-boat to a neighboring island, your host handles all ticketing, port logistics, and transfers from start to finish. You simply enjoy the experience.

Are meals and personal purchases included?

No. To provide you with total flexibility, meals, dining, shopping, and VIP venue tables are out-of-pocket. Your host will happily provide recommendations and facilitate reservations, but your package strictly covers the stated logistics, transport, and expert curation.

We are a large group. Will we be transported in a minibus?

Absolutely not. Minibuses inherently compromise comfort and restrict access to Bali's more exclusive, hidden locations due to narrow infrastructure. For groups of 5 or more, your group is automatically assigned additional premium vehicles and dedicated hosts. We replace the standard group-tour model with a coordinated fleet of premium vehicles and a scaled concierge team (1 dedicated host per 4 guests). This allows your group to travel comfortably together or separate during the day whenever needed—for example, if some guests wish to return to the villa while others continue exploring.

What if my flight is delayed or our plans change?

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If your flight is delayed or your itinerary changes, simply let your concierge know as soon as possible. Whenever operationally possible, we'll do everything we can to adjust your arrangements and keep your experience running smoothly.

What payment methods do you accept?

To guarantee a seamless and secure experience, we operate on a strictly cashless basis. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Wise, and direct Bank Transfers for all deposits and final balances. We do not accept cash on-site.

What is your cancellation policy?
Booked 30+ days in advance Cancellations permitted up to 20 days from booking confirmation.
Booked 15–29 days in advance Cancellations permitted up to 7 days from booking confirmation.
Booked 4–14 days in advance Free cancellation requires at least 72 hours' notice.
Booked < 72 hours in advance A strict 12-hour grace period from the time of booking applies.
Same-Day & Mobile Services These services are strictly non-refundable once confirmed due to the immediate allocation of dedicated staff, enforcing our 100% Burn rule.

Cancellations initiated by us due to severe weather or unsafe conditions are fully refundable.

Is tipping included or expected?

Gratuity is never required but always appreciated. If your host or driver provided an exceptional experience, you are welcome to tip them directly at your discretion.
